Returns

QuikFitness: Returns Made Easy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Returns for items purchased on QuikFitness.com:  easy ways to prepare the return for your online order: Contact customer service via e-mail for an RMA form (Required).

1.

 

Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:

 

 

Send a copy of your invoice and RMA form when sending back the product to our warehouse.We are not responsible for any returned merchandise sent back to our location without being approved beforehand.

 

 

Ship the item(s) to FEP Distributors, Attn: QuikFitness Return Department., 33 35th Street STE 1, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.

2.

 

Return the item(s) using the returns label that came with your order:

 

 

Please include a copy of the completed RMA form and invoice along with your return. This option is only for broken and/or discrepancy items. Customer service must be contacted in order to receive a prepaid UPS shipping label for returns.

 

 

Affix the returns label over the top of the original shipping label. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for reference.

Return item(s) with a call tag:

 

 

Sometimes a call tag can be used, if eligible. UPS will make 3 attempts to pick up your package from the original shipping address (receiver) and deliver the return package free of charge to you. The RMA form and invoice must be enclosed inside the package in order to receive an exchange or refund.

Returns must be made 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer Service must be contacted and approved before any shipments get returned. The RMA form must be enclosed in order to receive exchange or refund. Please note that the best way of contact is through e-mail. Please provide us your order number in the e-mail for a sooner response to your inquiry. 

You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us.

If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 25% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
